Bureau van Sintnicolaas was established in early 2007 by Tilly Sintnicolaas. Following a successful career as director of the Dutch Fish Marketing Board, the collective promotional organisation of the Dutch fishing industry, independent entrepreneurship beckoned. It was time to broaden the scoop and also apply the formula that proved so successful for fish to other products and services.
